Diddy’s lawyer asks to be removed from the Case of Sex Trade before trial

Lawyer u Sean “Diddy” Combs “Case for Sex Trade asked to deviate from the legal battle on Friday.
Anthony Ricco and Combs’ legal team filed a lawyer’s proposal to be removed from a Repere lawyer for less than three months before the trial.
“Although I have provided to Sean Combs a high level of legal representation that the court expected, under any conditions, I can continue to serve as an advisor to Sean Combs, in accordance with the ABA standards for criminal judiciary,” Ricco wrote in a collected proposal from Fox News Digital.
The lawyer noted that there were “sufficient reasons” because of the “conciseness” of his withdrawal associated with “the protection provided by the privilege of lawyer/client”.

Ricc’s departure from the case does not affect the Combs legal team, the source familiar with this issue for Fox News Digital said. The team remains “intact and fully engaged”.
“This proposal to withdraw the veterans, if approved, will not result in the delay of the current schedule to start the choice and trial of the jury or the current schedule for the briefing on legal issues of pre-fronts,” Ricco added in a legal document. “As a result, there will be no lag, as Sean Combs will continue to represent five more lawyers.”
The request must be approved by Judge Arun Subramanian.
The Combs test was set for the start of May 5.

The prosecution expects the Government case to last three weeks, while Combs’s legal team estimated that it took a week to argue the rapper defense.
The end of the indictment was filed against Combs, for which prosecutors said earlier that they could extend the trial.
On January 30, prosecutors filed a replacement indictment, adding new details to public records, but without new charges. The new indictment, which was received by Fox News Digital, claimed that the Conspiracy on Reception actually began in 2004 and lasted until 2024. Two additional victims were also added, although they remain anonymous as a “victim-1”, “victim-2” and “victim- 3.”
