DC Federal Judge Examine for answers to Trump Trans Trans Military Prohibition of Wild Hearing

The Federal DC judge has pushed the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice with hypothetical issues and references for video games while chairing the second day of oral arguments on the attempt to attempt Trump’s administration to limit or prohibit transgender members of the US service in the military.
American District Judge Ana Reyes sought in vain for answers to key questions about the nature of the executive order 27 January signed by the President Donald Trump This requires the Ministry of Defense to update its guidelines regarding the “trans-immunification of medical standards for military service” and “abolishing guidelines in accordance with military willingness”.
Although Trump has directed That the “radical gender ideology” was banned from all military branches, the executive order did not explain that the Pentagon should do it – a lack of clarity the referee Reyes, appointed Biden, on Wednesday.
On the second day, Judge Reyes led the court with a dizzying line of questions that were hit between real and hypothetical, facts and fiction, and was full of her own sarcastic bumps and observations.

At one point, the referee Reyes marked the list of actions that Trump’s administration has taken over the last three weeks against transgender persons, including the transition to recall regulations that have ensured that Trans-idnification individuals have an equal approach to homeless shelters.
Judge Reyes then asked the lawyer of the Ministry of Justice to tell her whether, in their opinion, such procedures were discriminatory.
“What do you think Jesus would say,” Reyes continued to ask, about an action that recalls access to a transgender person in the homeless shelters?
“Do you think he would say” sounds good to me “or” WTF, let them inside? “

Jason Lynch, lawyer of the Ministry of Justice, told the court that the government had no answer to what Jesus would think.
The pace of his back and back was also prosecutors for members of transgender services and lawyers of Trump administration on their feet, even if it was a little, in the short term, made a real decision on the court or answered any extraordinary questions about the executive order details extremely scarce.
Trump’s administration and home lawyers have refused to answer Reyes’ questions about whether they may ensure that prosecutors in this case will not be removed from their role in the army or face discrimination as a direct result of the executive order. The Ministry of Justice, for its part, described the command as no ban, but a break, for which Lynch said he would allow Defense time to reconcile your policy with Trump’s order.
During the second day of oral arguments, Reyes appeared annoyed and disgusted his dissatisfaction with the command itself, which she described as the expression of “inappropriate animas” according to members of transgender services.
Reyes admitted that there was an obvious national interest in ensuring the preparation of the US army.
“It’s the greatest combat power this world has ever seen, and we want to keep it – I have that part,” the judge said. “So how does this executive order affect this policy?”
“Speaking to the Ministry of Defense to issue politics within 30 days,” Lynch replied.
“Oh, okay, any policy?” Judge Reyes gave up.
Then she presented a hypothetical situation in which she, as head of Pentagon, issued a policy for all DOD units to be equipped with Miss Pac-Man Machines-Igrom, for which she noticed that she had her own chambers and occasionally plays a couple.

“So now I’m a defense secretary, I’m thinking about how to get my army best to prepare best,” Reyes said. “And I think people need to release a couple every time. So, I’ll issue a policy where Miss Pac-Man machines should be in each unit.”
“Would that be consistent,” Lynch sparked, with a 30-day policy?
Lynch said it would be for the president to decide.
Going to see if the command discriminates on the basis of gender, Reyes asked the DOJ lawyers: “Do you agree that the command is punished on the basis of gender, right?
The judge made it clear that he would not decide on the executive action until Trump’s administration listed his policy – including how, or to what extent, members of transgender services may influence.
But she continued to question Lynch, for whom she reminded Tuesday, technically acting as a legal representative of Trump’s administration.
“I mean, I have no one else to ask, don’t I?” Judge Reyes asked Lynch, before changing the questionnaire in her voice.
