Venezuela and Colombia have launched a joint surgery to oppose guerrilla groups that fight in the mountain northeast region of Catatumbo. The violence erupted after the national liberation army (ELN) aimed at rival armed groups and their alleged sympathizers in an attempt to confirm control of the part -time region in which the home of a coca plantation, which supply most of the world cocaine.
