First on the fox: Pamo Bonda’s Chief Lawyer warns California, Maine And Minnesota to comply with federal antidiscrimination laws that require boys to be kept from female sports or face legal proceedings, Fox News learned.

“This Ministry of Justice will have responsible states and state entities that violate federal law,” Bondi wrote. “Indeed, we have already started doing that.”

Bondi referred to the move of the Ministry of Justice in Sue Illinois and New York earlier in February for defiance of the Federal Laws on Immigration.
“We also stand ready to sue the states and state entities that defy the Federal Antodiscrimination Laws,” Bondi wrote.
President Donald Trump recently sent the Education Department and Department of Education to prioritize executive actions against athletic associations that deny girls an equal opportunity to participate in sports and athletic events, demanding them compete against boys.
Bondi, however, said that the State Athletic Association, including in California, Maine and Minnesota, “issued defiant statements, saying that they would continue to demand from girls to compete against boys in sports and athletic events.”

In Minnesota, Bondi said that the Attorney General Keith Ellison “published a legal opinion claiming that the Minnesota State Secondary School would violate the State Law, unless he continued this humiliating, dishonest and dangerous practice.”
In California, Bondi said that the state “should be on the notice”, in the middle of an IX IX investigation department for the California Interscholastic Federation.
“If the investigation of the Department of Education shows that Federation really denies girls equal to the opportunity to participate in sports and athletic events, asking them to compete against the boys, the Ministry of Justice is ready to take all appropriate measures for implementing the Federal Law,” “Bondi wrote.
Bondi also said that “Maine should be on the notice”, in the middle of an investigation into the Department of Education XI of the Ministry of Education Maine. “
“If these or other federal investigations show that relevant Maine’s subjects really deny girls the same opportunity to participate in sports and athletic events, asking them to compete against the boys, the Ministry of Justice is ready to take all appropriate measures to implement the Federal Law,” Bondi wrote , issuing a similar warning as Minnesota and California.
“I hope it doesn’t come,” Bondi wrote. “The Ministry of Justice does not want to sue the states or state entities or seek to abolish its funding.”
Bondi said that the Ministry of Justice “just want states and state entities to respect the law.”
“And the federal law requires that girls give equal opportunities to participate in sports and athletic events, ensuring that girls should compete with only other girls, not with boys,” Bondi wrote.
Bondi told Fox News that “this Ministry of Justice will defend women and does not tolerate civil servants who neglect the Federal Law.”
“We will use any legal option needed to ensure the state adhering to the Federal Law and the Executive order of President Trump who protect women’s sports,” she said.
Such as Trump’s recent executive order, 14201, on this topic, allowing men and boys to compete in sports women and girls “humiliates, unfair and dangerous for women and girls”. According to Bondi, this practice is also unlawful under the federal law: it denies women and girls equal opportunities for participation and excellence in competitive sports, violating the title of IX Law on Educational Amendments of 1972.
Bondi’s warning comes after Trump Sparred with the Government of Democratic Maine Janet Mills over transgender women in sports, telling her last week at the White House that she must follow his executive order or “You will not get federal funding.”
Trump recently threatened to break up Federal financing of Maine Before the clash with the mills at a double -sided Governor meeting.
“Will you not adhere to that?” Trump asked Mills.
“I comply with state and federal laws,” she replied, before Trump said “Well, we are federal law” and “better to do it, do better because you will not get federal financing in everything if by the way, your population, your population, Although he is somewhat liberally, although I did very well, your population does not want men to play in women’s sports, so better get any federal funding, “Trump continued.
