Noboa continued with the time of controversy about the limits of his authority until the end of his latest campaign.
The Constitution of Ecuadora requires public officers to take absence to run for a re -choice.

In a country where the average voice of the voice is 28 years and 16-year-old teenagers are eligible for voting, this demographic group could provide a significant advantage at the polls.
Still, Nobo’s charisma as a young leader will only take him so far, Hurtado warned.
