A man in a country illegally charged with the murder of an elderly partner, police says
San Antonia police arrested a man who was allegedly illegal in the country of the murder of his older partner, Ksat reported for the first time.
San Antonio police Ksat confirmed that 26-year-old Alberto Rafael Ferrer Cabrera was arrested on Saturday regarding the death of his 81-year-old partner.
The Bexar County Sheriff confirmed Fox News Digital that Cabrera was illegally in the country and had custody on immigration and customs implementation.
According to the court records received by Ksat, Cabrera claimed that he had killed his significant second.

When the police arrived at the scene, they found his partner, an 81-year-old man, stabbed to death.
Court records show that Cabrera was arrested and charged with murder and an illegal entry from the side of the nation.
Police said Ksat is still working to determine the motive for murder or that led to the alleged deadly incident.
Ice detention allows prison to hold Cabrera for up to 48 hours, giving time to the American Ministry of Homeland Security to take custody in accordance with the Federal Law on Immigration.
Detention gives ice the possibility and time to determine whether Cabrera will take the federal detention for deportation.
The Fox News Digital addressed Ice -ui to the San Antonio Police Directorate to comment, but did not immediately receive an answer.
