15 State AGS vows to protect trans procedures for minors despite Trump’s executive order
Fifteen lawyers from all over the country have announced a joint statement on Wednesday, declaring that they will protect the procedures for changing sex for children in defiance of the executive order of President Donald Trump.
Trump signed an executive command At the end of January, entitled “Protection of Children from Chemical and Surgical Relaying”. Its goal is to limit the “chemical and surgical” procedures to change sex for minors.
“Today, throughout the country, medical professionals are ejected and sterilized by an increasing number of impressive children under radical and false claim that adults can change their child’s gender through a number of non -return medical interventions,” ” Executive command specified. “This dangerous trend will be a stain in the history of our nation and must end.”

A common statement declares“General Attorney General will continue to implement the state laws that provide access to the care that confirms the gender, in the countries where such an implementation administration exists, and we will cause any illegal effort of Trump administration to limit access to it in our jurisdictions.”
The statement claimed that Trump is not right about “science and law” to challenge the accessibility of gender procedures that change life.
“Despite what Trump’s administration has suggested, there is no connection between the sacrifice of women’s genitals and care that confirms the gender, and no federal law makes the care of confirming gender. President Trump cannot change this with an executive order,” the statement said.
The statement also cited the “Critical Winning of the Federal Court” which broke off the freezing of Trump’s administration, saying as a result: “Federal financing of institutions providing gender confirmation are still available, regardless of the recent executive order of Trump Trump. The states that joined the statement are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont and Wisconsin.
