According to the report in Times of Indiasources close to the couple have confirmed that the rumors of their separation are indeed true, although the divorce case has not yet been formally finalized.
“Divorce is inevitable and it’s only a matter of time before it becomes official. The exact reasons for their separation are still unknown, but it is clear that the couple decided to continue their lives separately. They have been living separately for more than three months,” said a source quoted by TOI.

Neither Chahal nor Dhanashree have issued an official statement regarding the rumours. They have been quick to quash similar speculations in the past, especially in 2022 when rumors surfaced after Dhanashree dropped ‘Chahal’ from her Instagram name. The Indian cricketer then posted a message asking fans not to believe any rumors about their relationship. Their current silence adds weight to ongoing speculation.
