The multi-million dollar home offers a chance to be next door to President-elect Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club and receive guest privileges at the private club.
The mid-century modern home and its guest house, located “just one block” from Mar-a-Lago, went up for sale earlier this week, according to the listing with Douglas Elliman’s Ashley McIntosh and Kendall Corso.

The guesthouse’s bedroom and two bathrooms bring the total to six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It also has a private entrance.

That means a future homeowner can have “exclusive guest privileges” at Mar-a-Lago with no initial fee “pending the conversation and payment of annual membership fees,” something other tenants also have access to, according to Douglas Elliman. The statement of use agreement dates back years and years.
