“What’s their mentality there?”
Jon Moxley was recently involved in another controversial segment on AEW Collision. The WWE veteran heavily criticized the same.
Jim Cornette was the latest to speak on Jon Moxley’s recent antics. Ever since Moxley formed the Death Riders, he has been waging war against the entire locker room to bring AEW back to its glory days. They attacked anyone and everyone who dared to stand in their way. A few weeks ago, Mox and his group attacked FTR backstage. When Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood returned to face the stable at Worlds End, they brought it Adam Copeland together with them starting this quarrel.
This also meant that Mox and his crew would also be targeted by anyone close to Rated FTR. Last week on Collision, FTR was backstage with the Rock N’ Roll Express who made a special appearance on the show. After their match, the cameras panned backstage where the Purveyor of Violence tied up the legends.
The Runners tried to save them, but were ambushed by the Death Riders. By the time Rated FTR arrived at the back, Mox and his group had left. Jim Cornette talked about this segment in the last episode of his Experience podcast. The WWE veteran trashed the entire segment, calling it fake and even questioning their mentality.
“So now they didn’t even have a cliffhanger. Well, Moxley stole Rock n’ Roll and he’s going to bring them back to Knoxville. You gotta come see the return of Rock n’ Roll to Knoxville or they’re going to come back or they’re going to kill them, throw them off the bridge Gay Street into the fucking Tennessee River? There’s not even anything to make the Knoxville people, ‘let’s see how this turns out.’ It was so fake what their mentality was there that this would be any good,” he said. [6:20 – 6:57]

Powerhouse Hobbs issued a warning to Jon Moxley
Powerhouse Hobbs was involved in the Casino Gauntlet Match this week on Dynamite. To everyone’s surprise, he won the match and earned a shot at the AEW World Championship against Jon Moxley the following week at Dynamite: Maximum Carnage.
After the win, he was interviewed by Renee Paquette. In a defiant message Hobbs said that Moxley may have helped him get to AEW, but he put it aside the following week.
“Let it be said that Jon Moxley is the one who brought me to AEW. But next week I plan to shock the world. But not only that, I’m going to make Jon Moxley my cu***,” he said. [0:29-0:45]
It will be interesting to see if Powerhouse Hobbs can defeat Jon Moxley next week at Dynamite.
