Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund Announces Advisor Update to Investing.com
HARTFORD, Conn.–( BUSINESS WIRE )–Virtus Stone Harbor Emerging Markets Income Fund (NYSE: EDF (EPA:) ), managed by Stone Harbor Investment Partners, announced today that as a result of the company’s corporate entity transition Virtus Investment Advisers, LLC (VIA) replaced Virtus Alternative Investment Advisers, Inc. (VAIA) as the Fund’s advisor. As a result, also effective January 1, 2025, VAIA’s rights and obligations under the Investment Advisory, Subadvisory and Expense Limitation Agreements for the Foundation were transferred to and assumed by VIA.
Both VIA and VAIA are indirect wholly owned subsidiaries of Virtus Investment Partners (NYSE:), Inc. No changes have been made to the investment advisory fee rates paid by the Fund, the Fund’s sub-adviser or the portfolio managers managing the Fund.
