US State Department approves potential sale of air-to-air missiles to Japan for $3.64 billion Reuters

(Reuters) – The U.S. State Department has approved the potential sale of advanced intermediate-range air-to-air missiles and related equipment to Japan for an estimated $3.64 billion, the Pentagon said on Thursday.

The prime contractor for the sale will be RTX Corp, the Pentagon said in a statement.
