Unrest in Gaza, Israel over ceasefire

As the cease-fire agreement between Israel and Hamas is expected to go into effect, the Israeli government has yet to formally sign the agreement, raising concerns about whether it will hold. Israel continued its attacks on Gaza after the agreement was announced. Elizabeth Palmer reports.
