Three non -profit groups and an organization for small businesses have been filed a lawsuit Tuesday asking the judge to temporarily block the freezing of funding ordered Trump administration of all federal scholarships and loans.
The lawsuit is said to be freezing the Office for Management and Budget is illegal.
