Trump will bring back members of the military who were discharged because they did not receive the vaccine against COVID-19

President Donald Trump will sign an executive order to reinstate members of the military who have been discharged from the military for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the White House.

Those reinstated will be reinstated to their previous rank and will receive back pay and benefits.

White House data shows that only 43 of the more than 8,000 military members discharged due to their vaccination status against COVID-19 have decided to return to the military.
