(Reuters) – U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he would demand that interest rates be cut immediately, and that other countries should follow suit.
“With oil prices down, I’m going to be looking for interest rates to come down immediately, and they should come down around the world as well,” Trump said at the World Economic Forum on Thursday in Davos, Switzerland.
