Trump bans funding of foreign abortion aid groups, will implement the Hyde Amendment


President Trump signed the order Friday, reinstating a policy that requires foreign nongovernmental agencies to certify that they do not provide or promote abortion if they receive U.S. federal funds for family planning assistance.
