Ross Ulbricht, founder of an anonymous online market Silk Road, thanked the president Donald Trump for he gave him a complete and unconditional pardon. In the video posted online, the visibly emotional Ulbricht praised Trump for being “the man of his word,” and thanked the president for giving him an “incredible blessing” of freedom.
“So, grateful to have returned my life, to return my future, to have this second opportunity,” Ulbricht says in the video. He also said that pardon is “an important moment for everyone, everywhere who love freedom and who care about other chances.”

Trump announced on his platform on social networks that he called Ulbricht’s mother that she was notified of his son’s pardon. The president said it was done “in honor of her and the libertarian movement, which supported me so strongly.”
“The blades that worked to have condemned him were some of the same madmen involved in the modern weapon of the Government against me,” Trump wrote.
In a recent performance ”Will Cain Show“Senator Rand Paul, R-Ky, who advocated Ulbricht’s release, praised Trump for issuing pardons. Life sentences without the possibility of conditional freedom.

Trump signs the “full and unconditional” pardon Silk Road Creator Ross Ulbricht
Ulbricht was convicted after his Silk Road website, which was founded in 2011, was used by those who want to perform illegal drug transactions with a crypto currency. The site was operated from 2011 until his arrest in 2013. In 2015, Ulbricht was convicted.
In a 2015 public statement, Ice called Silk Road “on the most sophisticated and extensive criminal market on the Internet.
Last month, Ulbricht wrote: “For my last monthly resolution 2024, I intend to study every day and speed up as much as I can be in preparation for freedom.”

Trump vowed to reconcile Ulbricht during the 2024 campaign, saying that he would do it “Day 1” This move was part of Trump’s strategy to win the Libertarian voters. Trump spoke about the ulbricht’s penalty on the way on the Libertarian National Convention and Bitcoin 2024 conference.
In addition to Ulbrichta, Trump presented a pardon for life -convicted activists under the Law on Face and many accused on January 6th. Pro-Life protesters have been announced the day before the Washington Life Marsh, DC, where he is expected to speak to Vice President JD Vance.
