In December 2023. Lisa left YG Entertainment for solo activities and founded her own company LLOUD in February 2024, which allowed her to gain creative freedom over her projects. In May 2024, she signed a solo contract with RCA Records and released her comeback single, ROCKSTARunder both labels in June 2024.
