Tadhg Furlong: Irish props excluded from the first match six nations against England due to a leaf injury | News of the rugby federation
Tadhg Furlong was excluded from the first game of Irish Six Nations against England due to injury.
The 32-year-old Leinster player will stay in Saturday at the Aviv stadium in Dublin after a problem with the list during training in Portugal.
Furlong returned to Dublin for further assessment.
He firmly missed all four Ireland games in November because of his tendon problems and returned only to Leinster in a victory over La Rochelle three weeks ago before he stayed in winning against Bath.
Jack Aungier of Concate was called as a replacement.
