Former Scottish rugby union captain Stuart Hogg has been ordered to pay compensation after admitting abusing his estranged wife for five years.
The former Scotland international previously pleaded guilty to one charge of domestic abuse against his former partner, Gillian Hogg, when he appeared at Selkirk Sheriff Court on November 4.
He admitted to shouting and cursing, following her movements and sending her messages that were of an alarming and disturbing nature.
