South Korean investigators are seeking to arrest impeached President Yoon

Nikkei Asia correspondent Steven Borowiec talks to France 24 about developments in South Korea, as investigators on Thursday began executing an arrest warrant for ousted President Yoon Suk Yeol over his failed attempt to declare martial law in early December. Investigators and police were seen walking past pro-Yoon protesters surrounding Yoon’s compound, but appeared to be stopped by the presidential security service, which is still protecting the suspended head of state.
