Ranieri wins again in the Rome derby while Cagliari also triumph in the Serie A results
Roma ignored a 15-point deficit to arch-rivals Lazio at the start of the game to push on Claudio Ranieri perfect record in the Rome derby in his third term as Giallorossi manager on Sunday.
The result extended Roma’s unbeaten run to four games in all competitions and ended a run of three successive away victories by their opponents.

Monza played host to Cagliari, Genoa to Lecce and Parma traveled to Turin in the other Serie A games to be played.

Lorenzo Pellegrini opened the game brilliantly in the culmination of a fine team move after 10 minutes at the Stadio Olimpico, where Alexis Saelemaekers fired home eight minutes later as Roma won 2-0.
Striker Valentin Castellanos was sent off in added time for fourth-placed Lazio, who are three points above Juventus on an inferior goal difference. Roma rose to 10th placetwo points behind Udinese.

Turin vs Parma: Deadlock in Turin
Four points above the relegation zone, Torino are five home games without a win and more than five hours without a goal on their own turf after they were held to a 0-0 draw by Parma, although Che Adams would have given them the lead had Zion Suzuki’s header not been reported .
Parma, who are two points clear of the bottom three, had Matteo Cancellieri’s goal ruled out for offside and hit the post through Valentino Mihaila.

Monza vs Cagliari: Piccoli’s goal sealed away victory
Cagliari pulled out of the relegation zone on goal difference with a 2-1 win at bottom-placed Monza and seven points from safety.
After Mattia Felici volleyed into the box inside two minutes for the visitors, Gianluca Caprari opened the scoring from the penalty spot.
Nadir Zortea equalized from long range and Roberto Piccoli struck for the winner 11 minutes after the break, with Danilo D’Ambrosio sent off for Monza seven minutes later.

Lecce vs Genoa: Woodwork rescues both teams
Nikola Krstović hit the post from distance as third-placed Lecce threatened to open the scoring en route to their first point in three games.
Morten Thorsby and Andrea Pinamonti also hit the box for Genoa before half-time in the 0-0 draw, which leaves Il Grifone three points above the relegation zone.
