Tottenham chief Ange Postecoglou defended goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario after being involved in a tumultuous exchange with the Spurs trip fans after the Europa League defeat on Thursday at AZ Alkmaar.

Vicario explains his gesture fans

Ange: Van de Ven and Romero ‘in line’ to return vs Bournemouth
Postecoglou revealed that the defenders Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero “were on the turn to play” against Bournemouth after they decided not to play them in defeat in AZ because of the terrain.
