Without fear of canceling or professional retaliation, and after trying to shit masculinity, it’s time for a national conversation about what it means to be human.
In our recent collective recognition of biological reality and a general return to common sense, we greatly agree that men should not win the Women of the Year Award, enter the women’s institutions, Deal with women’s sportsor a place in women’s beauty. And in case anyone ever doubts, men cannot menstruate or become pregnant. What men can’t do and shouldn’t do is profusely clear, what is the question asking, what should you do? Here’s what I say my three sons:
1. Do the right

Left -wing policies such as school closure, masks masks, mandate excuses and confusing lessons about racial hierarchies brought politics directly to the children of our country in their schools.
2. Be a team player and understand the leadership
Men’s men are ready to go against cereals to stand by their principles and lead, not necessarily by issuing commands from the front, but also in a way that support the best in others around them.
The boys are faced with trouble and provide multiple opportunities to advocate for their beliefs long before they become men. It’s never too early to practice the right thing.
The family is the ultimate team and fathers have a critically important leading role. Television characters, like Al Bundy, Homer Simpsonand Phil Dunphy, who portray fathers as stupid, immoral and/or worthless, have reduced the role of men in the family for too long. Sports teams provide instructive moments about the leadership that boys can transmit into paternity.
3. Know how to hit
Sports teams, for example, teach boys how to hit, both literally and metaphorically. As I watched my father and husband, two male men I admired deeply, I noticed that being a man involved a realization of how to deal with physical pain. I also tell my sons that when dealing with a metaphorical blow, which often happens in sports with devastating losses or poor performance in the games, it is important to learn from it and then move on. My husband, who trained many of his teams, often says, “What does the best athlete have? A short memory.”
4. Make money
Men should be the best providers of services to be. When my ex -colleague’s wife expected her own first childHe asked a senior official during a meeting of lunch if he had advice for a young father. The man simply answered, “earning”. I thought it was funny until I had my own children, at that moment I realized that he was quite serious and I gave my colleague a great fundamental advice.

With that in mind, I say to my sons, “You can be anything you want to be, any kind engineer or trader Decide to be. “I’m just kidding. The kind. Their future college education or training comes with the expectation that it will provide skills and knowledge that will allow them to make money and be successful providers of services for their families.

5. Show kindness

In addition to all the questions I talk to with my sons about what a person implies, there is little that anything is worth as an example their father provides. When I was pregnant with my first son, I planned to return to the job of a political analyst and speaker when he was three months old. As I keep it in my arms just a few hours after it was born, the plans changed. I quickly informed my husband that he was supposed to find a way to make more money to make up for my Lost salaryso I could stay home with our children. Despite his initial shock with my mother’s epiphian, he did just that.
At that moment, it became crystal clear that being a real man partly means to understand and do what your family needs. In their father, my sons see a man who always puts his family first.
