The complaints state that throughout the class, the accused made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to reveal material harmful facts about the business, business and prospects of the company. Specifically, the accused were mis -presented and/or did not disclose that: (1) Marqeta underrated regulatory challenges that affect her business prospects; (2) as a result, Marqeta would have to reduce its guidelines by the fourth quarter 2024; and (3) As a result, the defendant’s statements about the business, business and prospects of the company were materially false and misleading and/or lacking reasonable basics in all relevant times.
