Marcus Rashford “let a lot of people” and should be crossed from Manchester United, says former midfielder Paul Scholes.
The English Rashford striker did not play for United from the Europa League victory in Viktoria Plzen in mid -December.
Speaking after Sunday’s Victory in the Premier League of 1-0 in Fulham, manager Ruben Amorim said that “the reason is training, which I think the footballer should work in training, in life and every day.”
Scholes, who has released over 700 appearances for United, told the discussion of overlapping the fans: “I think Marcus has failed a lot of people really, with his attitude, and I think that is what the manager is trying to say.

“You mean young players who come through this, think of (Alejandro) Garnacho, they look at people like Marcus now – he is 27 years old and obviously doesn’t train properly.
“I remember a few years ago when I told the manager (Sir Alex Ferguson) that I didn’t want to play in the Arsenal game, he told me,” The worst thing you did was put down your teammates, “and that really got stuck with me because I didn’t really think About that – and now I think Marcus Rashford is doing exactly the same.
“Ok, he doesn’t refuse to play, but in the way he behaves and the way he trains, in a way he says I don’t want to be involved in them.
“So, I think the fact that he has failed his teammates in that locker room should be expelled from the locker room. If he is about it, and young people see it as an example, which before he went, the better.”
Rashford was associated with the movement of the loan to AC Milan or Barcelona in the transfer window – which closes next week.
United is next in action on Thursday night against FCSB Romania.
