Lufthansa completes 41% share of Italian ITA Airways $350 million, looks at full acquisition

German Lufthansa Group (OTCQX:HAIR) (OTCQX:DLAKF) completed the purchase of a 41% stake in Italian airline ITA Airways for €325 million (approximately $350 million) from the Italian government.

Lufthansa (OTCQX:HAIR) now has a 41% stake in ITA Airways, while the remaining 59% will continue to be owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy
