(“Life Time” or the “Company”) (NYSE: LTH) today announced that its preliminary estimated financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024, and selected guidance for fiscal 2025 will be released before the market opens. Thursday, January 16, 2025.

The Company intends to release its preliminary estimated fourth quarter and year-end financial results on an ongoing annual basis due to the predictability of its subscription model and the finalization of year-end membership levels. The company believes this will help the investing community gain insight into the company’s performance over the extended period between the end of the year and when it typically releases fourth-quarter results in the last week of February.

The company also announced that its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2024 will be released before the market opens Thursday, February 27, 2025. The company will host a conference call at 10:00 a.m. ET that day to discuss financial results and give business updates.
