Kyle Walker has finished his loan move to AC Milan from current Premier League champion Manchester City.
The Serie A giants quickly became the first to sign Walker after that Pep Guardiola confirmed that he is 34 years old asked to leave.
Walker arrived in Milan on Thursday for a medical ahead of a loan deal that includes an option to buy. The fee agreed between the two clubs is believed to be around €5m (£4.2m).
“Manchester City… where do I start? Signing for this incredible club in 2017 was a dream come true,” Walker posted on social media after his move was officially announced. “Seven years later, winning 17 trophies including Champions League and the famous tall one is something I could only dream of as a child.
“Playing with so many top players has pushed me to become the best version of myself and I’m really grateful for the opportunity I’ve been given at the Etihad.
“A big thank you to so many people, the coaching staff, the players with the equipment and all the background staff who work tirelessly behind the scenes. You make every day enjoyable and give us the platform to do our best.
“To my teammates, from the moment I walked through the door I felt at home. Thank you for the great memories and all the successes we shared together. You are friends and family for life.

Walker joins England trio Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Tammy Abraham and Fikayo Tomori at the San Siro, with the primary task of leading Milan again in the fight for qualification for the Champions League next season. They are sitting in the eighth u Series A as it stands, eight points behind fourth-placed Lazio and 19 behind current leaders Napoli.
