“It’s absolutely necessary to add some ground flaxseed or hemp seed to oatmeal to increase the content of good omega-3 fats,” she added.

Since the Princess of Wales is reportedly consistent with her eating habits, DeCicco noted that eating the same breakfast every day may have some benefits.

To avoid glyphosate and maximize health benefits, she recommends choosing oats that carry the USDA Organic label.
