The complaint states that during the lecture period, the defendants gave materially false and/or deceitful statements, and that they had failed to discover material negative facts about the business, operations and prospects of the company. Specifically, the defendants were wrongly presented and/or failed to discover that: (1) cure of cassava, simufilam, was unable to alleviate the progression of Alzheimer’s disease, not even in mild to moderate cases; and (2) As a result, the defendant’s statements about the business, operations and prospects of the company were materially false and deceived and/or they lacked a reasonable basis in all relevant times.
