Illegal stranger in Texas wanted to allegedly rape a child returned to Mexico


American immigration and customs implementation (ICE) in Texas returned to a Mexican nationwriting that lived in Houstonand wanted in his native land for raping a child.

Ice said 58-year-old Nestor Flores Encarnacion, an unfinished stranger, was returned to Mexico on Thursday.

Flores, which is sought in Veracruza in Mexico, because of the rape of child, illegally entered the US four times.

On Thursday, the deportation officers with ice were transported to Flores to the Juarez-Lalo Bridge in Ladro, Texas, where he was transferred to the detention of Mexican authorities.

“This side of the fugitive bravely entered the US, violating the laws of our country on four separate reactions to avoid persecution in Mexico for the alleged rape of the child,” said the director of the Field Office for the implementation and removal of ice (ERO), director of the Houston Bret A. Bradford. “Dangerous foreign fugitives and criminal parties charged with or committed, awful crimes such as a sexual attack on a child will not find a safe haven in the southeast of Texas.”

According to Ice, Flores illegally entered the United States on February 16, 2002, near Roma, Texas, and the next day he was caught American border patrol and returned to Mexico.

But he returned to the US a few days later, February 20, 2002, and again two days later on February 2nd. Both times, Ice said, he was arrested by border patrol police officers and returned to Mexico on the same day.

Flores re -entered the ground for the fourth time in an unknown place and an unknown date.

August 2, 2024. The deportation officers from Ero Houston caught Flores at a residence in Houston after receiving the notice that he had potentially resided in the Houston area.

Ero Houston was also informed that Flores was sought in Mexico for rape.

After being arrested, Flores was placed in an immigration procedure and awarded a voluntary departure from a judge of immigration with the Ministry of Justice on December 19, 2024.

“Our immigration officers are tirelessly working to successfully find and capture unproven aliens in the Houston area who threaten public safety, national security and border security and will not rest until they are returned to their country of origin and are no longer a threat to the community,” Bradford said.
