SEOUL (Reuters) – Hyundai Motor ( OTC: ) said on Thursday it intends to sign binding agreements with General Motors ( NYSE: ) covering various areas of cooperation including the joint purchase of vehicle parts.
Hyundai said the two automakers are also looking to collaborate in the commercial and passenger vehicle business.
