Leicester City claimed a key 2-1 victory over Tottenham in a tense match that ended without winning the Premier League.
Jamie Vardy and Bilal El Khannouss hit the beginning of the second half to abolish Richarlison’s first half opener, leaving the Spurs astonished and deepening their struggles under Ange Postecoglou.
The game began with Tottenham dominated early actions. Richarlison, he became his second league start to the season, gave the Spurs leadership in the 33rd minute.

A moment later, visitors completed their return. De Cordova-Reid intercepted a loose passage from Rodrig Bentancura and found El Khannouss in space.
International Jamaica inserted a sublime effort into the lower corner from 20 meters, silenced by the homemade crowd and placing a Leicester 2-1 in front of the 50th minute.
Tottenham asked for an answer, with Porra and replacing Mikey Moore approaching.
Porro crossed the crossbar of a thunderous free kick from 30 meters, while Moore saw in an additional time that a naked rejection had been brilliantly saved by the carpenter.
The defeat was marked by their fourth consecutive loss of the Premier League, leaving the postacoglou’s side that collapsed in the lower six and looking for answers.
The Leicester victory was a much needed incentive in their fight against relegation.
