Donald Trump is the first US president who is a convicted felon. He was found guilty of 34 counts of fraud and false accounting in the hush money affair: cash paid to women with whom Trump had affairs in order to keep them quiet and not adversely affect his electoral chances back in 2016. But that is not the only scandal that makes many they wonder how such a character can be elected to the highest office in the USA.
