Warner’s Blazing Knock

Support from Sam Billings, but others are struggling
Warner got a little help from Sam Billings, who scored a handy 28. The duo added 34 crucial runs after Thunder lost two quick wickets. But other than that, the rest of the lineup failed to make any impact. Ollie Davies and Sam Konstas couldn’t hang on for long, leaving Warner to carry the burden.
Chasing 165, Hobart Hurricanes cruised to victory. Team David he stole the show with a blistering 68 off 38 balls, taking his team home with 19 balls to spare. The win pushed the Hurricanes to the top of the BBL points table, while the Thunder were left with no head.
