Christina Haack’s divorce will go to trial as her estranged husband refuses mediation
Christina Haack’s stormy divorce battle with estranged husband Josh Hall heads to the courtroom.
Haack and Hall are “not even close” to divorce.
“I hear we’re going to go to trial,” the HGTV star said during a Jan. 12 appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live” on Sirius XM. “He doesn’t want to do mediation. It’s going to be fun, I can’t wait.”
Haack noted that she was not “ordered” to pay Hall’s attorney’s fees, “but he asked.” “I already had to give something,” she admitted. The reality TV star claimed she supported Hall financially.
“I gave him money to live, and then he bought a Bentley, but then he doesn’t even have a job,” she pointed out. “But he drives a Bentley, so I’m sure he pulls a lot of girls.”
A representative for Haack declined to comment when reached by Fox News Digital.

While speaking with Lewis, Haack also noted that she and Hall “don’t get along, there’s no getting along. Have you ever seen me go after him on social media? No. Anyway, yeah, we don’t get along.”
Haack called out Hall for his “narcissism” in a scathing Instagram post on Tuesday after a rep for the realtor released a statement saying it was “sad that Christina has to resort to low-balling her ex Josh to promote her new show. She should to focus on her new relationship and stop talking about Josh, as the great Mariah Carey once sang, ‘Why you so obsessed with me?'”
The statement was made Life and style regarding Haack’s appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live.”
“I just threw up in my mouth,” Haack wrote alongside the statement on her Instagram story. “Quoting a Mariah Carey song is the new bad thing even for you. Trust me idgaf about Josh’s life. However, I do care about his bts tactics. Narcissism at its best.”
Despite the legal tussles that continue to pile up, both have tried to move on.
Hall posted a social media birthday tribute to model Stephanie Gabrys on his Instagram, seemingly confirming their relationship.
“Happy birthday to this real life [angel emoji]”, captioned the photo of Gabrys sitting on his lap.
Haack also continued with Network Connex CEO and President Christopher Larocca, according to People magazine.

Haack and Hall filed their own requests for divorce in July, and each cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. Hall sought spousal support and asked the court to terminate Haack’s ability to receive child support from him. Meanwhile, Haack asked the court to terminate their right to spousal support.
“I prefer privacy, especially during something as life-changing as a divorce I didn’t ask for,” Hall wrote on Instagram after news of the divorce was announced. “I’m not going to insult anyone publicly because people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately, the internet has been around forever.”
“We’re real people, this is our life and I’m not here to entertain people I don’t know with my personal stuff. Those details will be handled fairly behind closed doors with our respective attorneys in due course. Those who know each of them, we know who we are.”
Despite Hall’s plea for no drama, the ongoing divorce battle is fierce.
Haack previously slammed Hall’s alleged request for $65,000 a month in spousal support while the two worked out the details of their split. The HGTV star’s attorney argued in an Oct. 10 legal filing obtained by Fox News Digital that the request is “outrageous” because Hall is “self-serving.”
“Claim by [Josh] that he sent a settlement offer in good faith is not an accurate characterization of the communication. Petitioner Josh Hall is seeking $65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] in a marriage of 2 years and 9 months when he supports himself is hardly good faith,” the documents state.[Josh] just paid $70,000 in lease payments [his] Bentley’s separate property and therefore no need for spousal support [Christina].”
However, Hall strongly condemned the claim in a statement shared on social media: “So now @dearmeylaw is filing legal affidavits with lies and assumptions… an interesting tactic for someone who is a licensed attorney and has taken an oath of honesty,” he wrote on his Instagram story at that time. “I’m pretty sure making demonstrably false statements to a judge is unethical.”
Money matters seem to be a point of contention again for the former couple. Haack previously accused Hall of transferring $35,000 from her bank account to his personal account just one day after the divorce.
“I wouldn’t ask him to send himself my money the day after I told him we were getting a divorce,” Haack said in court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.
