Christ Noem eliminates a procedural obstacle on the way to a state security certificate
Nomination of Governor Kristi Noem, Rs.d.Which will be the next secretary for Homeland Security, he won a key obstacle in the confirmation process on Friday night, advanced to the final vote later this weekend.

If confirmed, Noem will become the fourth president Donald Trump Elections to advance from Senate, behind Secretary of State Marc Rubia, CIA director John Ratcliffe and future Defense Minister Pete Hegsetth.
The voices expected shortly after Noem are those for the candidate for the Minister of Finance Scott Beasent, followed by Sean Duffy for the Minister of Transport.

The Governor of South Dakota is expected to receive double support for her confirmation at the Ministry Homeland Security (DHS). Her nomination came out of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs (HSGAC) with 13-2 votes. Only two democrats voted against her.

“I was the first governor to send the troops of the National Guard to Texas when they were overwhelmed by the border crisis of unprecedented,” the Noem Committee told the Last week.
“If I am confirmed by the secretary, I will ensure that our exceptional, extraordinary border patrol agents have all the tools and resources and the support they need to effectively perform their mission.”
