The company announced that at the time there were four crew members and two passengers on the plane – a pilot, a copy, a doctor, a paramedic, a pediatric patient and her mother. Everyone was Mexican nationals.

The Federal Air Force Administration confirmed that there were six people on the plane. The agency announced that the plane was heading to the National Springfield-Brano Airport in Missouri.
