BMW joins Chinese Electric Vehicle Manufacturers to file a lawsuit at EU Reuters Customer Court
Brussels (Reuters) – BMW (ETR 🙂 joined Chinese manufacturers in filing a lawsuit before the European Union Court of Customs Customs Customs on Electric Vehicle Customs (EV), manufactured in China, according to a website court.
At the end of October, the EU introduced customs duties on electric vehicles of Chinese production after an anti -matting investigation. The BMW rate, which produces electric mini cooper and electric mini aceman in China, is 20.7%.
A court document showed that the German car manufacturer filed his complaints to the General Court, lower than two TUC councils, on Tuesday, the day before the deadline for submission of complaints. Procedures in the General Court last an average of 18 months and an appeal can be made on them.

Chinese electric vehicle manufacturers byd (SZ :), Geely and Saic and the CCCME car sector’s body also challenged the EU imported customs duties.
