Bitcoin Listed as Top 4 Gainers in 2025: Bloomberg Analyst U.Today
U.Today – Eric Balchunas, senior ETF analyst for Bloomberg, revealed on his social media account that 2025 is off to a pretty good start as it has outperformed many other funds.
Today, Balchunas tweeted that the world’s largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, Bitcoin, is among the best because 2025 has just begun. Digital gold is on this list along with gold miners, uranium and psychedelics.
According to Balchunas’ tweet, the worst performers so far have been China, Treasuries and Lithium.
Kiyosaki Adjusts His Bitcoin 2025 Prediction
Robert Kiyosaki, a prominent investor and entrepreneur, also widely known for his bestselling book “Rich Dad Poor Dad” has made another Bitcoin price prediction for 2025. In fact, he has adjusted the Bitcoin price outlook he gave earlier, last December.
Kiyosaki tweeted twice in December that he expected the world’s pioneering cryptocurrency to rise to $350,000 in 2025. The main reason for this, according to Kiyosaki’s expectations, was that the US now has a pro-crypto president who made a campaign promise to embrace Bitcoin and crypto, implement appropriate laws for them and even create a strategic Bitcoin reserve for the country for the next four years of his presidency.
In addition, during 2024 and earlier, Kiyosaki often referred to the rapidly growing US national debt and excessive government spending, as well as the Fed Reserve printing billions of US dollars out of thin air, thereby reducing the value of the US dollar as a currency and eroding its purchasing power.
After doubling down on his $350,000 prediction for Bitcoin in 2025, Kiyosaki tweeted on January 2nd to slightly adjust his price outlook. This time he tweeted that he expects the price of Bitcoin to jump to at least $175,000, but then perhaps extend its growth to the level he mentioned earlier – $350,000.
Bitcoin price action
As 2025 arrived, since January 1st, Bitcoin has seen an impressive 4.86% price increase. BTC managed to recover from the local low of $93,000 and regain the price tag of approximately 97,600, where it was changing hands at the time of writing.
Many experts have high expectations and hopes for Bitcoin this year, hoping it will regain $108,000 and go higher.
