Biden’s controversial pardons shine new light on power, because legislators and take the next step to remove Joe’s name

“I think what is discouraging is that you have heard the trace of the campaign over and over again that he did not want to do something like that, but I certainly not surprised,” Bresnahan told WBR recently.
“I’m sure much of America is not surprised.”
