The Real Estate SELECT SECTOR SPDR FUND ETF (NYSEARCA:Xlre) dropped by 8.40% in the fourth quarter, while the wider S&P 500 index received 3.03%.
It is noticeable that the growth of ETF in the third quarter of 17.43% comfortably exceeded the growth of the SP500 of 5.25%.
Xlre recorded a loss of 8.24%.
