A teenager who stabbed three girls in Great Britain has been sentenced to 50+ years in prison

Axel Rudakubana, 17, was sentenced Thursday to at least 52 years in prison for fatally stabbing three young girls at a Taylor Swift-themed event in the city north of Liverpool, England. The sentence is the longest ever handed down to a teenager in Great Britain. Rudakubana expressed no remorse for his actions, instead saying in a police interview that he was “happy” that the three victims had been killed, and that it had been proven that they had an interest in terrorist activities.
