A ceasefire between Israel and Hamas has come into effect in Gaza

Israel is trapped, waiting for Hamas to begin releasing hostages under the terms of a new cease-fire agreement that began early Sunday morning in Gaza. Hamas and some of its supporters celebrated the ceasefire as a victory, but it came at a devastating cost. Correspondent Elizabeth Palmer reports.
