AMSTERDAM, December 30, 2024 “ Stellantis NV (NYSE: ) announced today that One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle market private equity firm, has completed its majority investment in Comau SpA (Comau), a global technology company specializing in industrial automation and advanced robotics. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for Comau, positioning the company for enhanced growth and innovation. It also allows Stellantis to focus on core business activities in Europe.
