Investing.com – Denmark stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the stock gained 1.86%.
The best performers of the session were Danske Bank A/S (CSE: ), which rose 2.75% or 5.50 points to trade at 205.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Pandora A/S (CSE: ) added 2.63% or 34.00 points to end at 1,328.50 and Carlsberg A/SB (CSE: ) was up 2.40% or 16.40 points to 699.40 in late trade trading.
Oersted AS (CSE: ), which fell 1.31% or 4.40 points to 330.30 at the close, was the worst performer of the session. Vestas wind Systems A/S (CSE: ) added 0.18% or 0.20 points to end at 98.80 and Coloplast A/S (CSE: ) was up 0.20% or 1.60 points to 794.80 .
Advancing stocks outnumbered declining stocks 99 to 40 on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange, with 15 ending unchanged.
Shares of Oersted AS (CSE: ) fell to 52-week lows; falling 1.31% or 4.40 to 330.30. Shares of Pandora A/S (CSE:) rose to all-time highs; up 2.63% or 34.00 to 1,328.50.
Crude oil for delivery in February rose 1.21% or 0.84 to $70.46 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent crude for March delivery rose 1.08% or 0.79 to $73.64 a barrel, while February gold futures fell 0.77% or 20.54 to 2633 .36 dollars per troy ounce.
USD/DKK was unchanged 0.06% at 7.15, while EUR/DKK was unchanged 0.00% at 7.46.
US dollar index futures fell 0.13% to 107.75.
