Outdoor exercises you can try during the summer
Summer is the perfect time to get outside and get some vitamin D, girl!
You can take any of your own MOVE app work out outside, from your Sweat Sesh to the Daily 10, or try these suggestions!
The best outdoor workouts for summer:
1. Morning yoga
Start your day off with a relaxing yoga session in the park or in your backyard. Find a quiet place, roll out a mat, relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
2. A walk on the beach
Walking on the beach is the perfect way to take your mind off everything that’s going on in your life right now. Set aside 10-30 minutes for a walk on the beach or by yourself (with headphones in and with you favorite playlist or podcast) or take a walk with your girlfriend and catch up on life!
3. HIIT training
Take your High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to the beach for an extra challenge. The soft sand will make your muscles work harder and the ocean breeze will cool you down. HIIT exercises are great for burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness.
