Why did Israel suspend the release of Palestinian prisoners? | Israel-Palestinian conflict
The future of Gaza has stopped in danger after Israel suspended the release of Palestinian prisoners.
Israel delayed the release of 620 Palestinian prisoners, despite Hamas on Saturday freed from six Israeli prisoners.
The group says the extreme right of Israel is “playing dirty games and sabotaging the agreement.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the handover ceremonies trapped in Gaza, “humiliating” and accusing Hamas of using prisoners for “propaganda”.
But the help groups are questioned by Israeli untreated promises in the first phase.
It has not yet enabled the delivery of 60,000 mobile homes and 200,000 tents, desperately needed by millions of displaced Palestinians.
And Israeli negotiators did not join the discussions for the second phase of the agreement.
So, what is behind Netanyahu’s dramatic turn?
And how will this affect the strenuous agreement on the interruption of fire?
